Ecologyst is an apparel brand that produces high-quality clothing from environmentally friendly materials. It created its “guarantee for life” program is to increase brand loyalty and to create a better customer to brand relation. Furthermore, the intent of this program was to extend the longevity of clothes and allow our customers to keep wearing the clothes they had bought from us even after enduring damages. This will give the clothes a second life so they do not end up polluting landfills or other places. By doing so, Ecologyst will provide an extra service free of charge when customers shop our brand, which will also be a piece of mind for our customers.
The guarantee program is aimed at our current clientele. Information about this program will be found at each of our retail stores as well as on our website. A newsletter will be sent to our subscribers upon public release of the program. A section of our website will be dedicated to the guarantee program for more information. The message will be delivered on behalf of our brand. A press release will be sent out to our stakeholders to inform them about this new initiative, the new blog post will also be shared with them. The objective of this campaign is to solidify our brand equity and to offer more service to our customers after their purchase. Once our stakeholders will be notified, the campaign will be released to the public 7 days after.

To combat having their clothing thrown away and to support their customer, Ecologyst started a “guaranteed for life” program. This new program allows customers to send their items purchased from all Ecologyst to be repaired and fixed. Clothing items will be repaired by a team of professionals to give the clothes a second life. Ecologyst understands that even the highest quality of clothes can get damaged from an active, thus the creation of this program. Ecologyst wants to give your favorite pair of pants another life so you can keep adventuring with them. Customers must fill up a form and a flat shipping fee of 7$ will apply but their repair services are totally free. They are helping you keep your clothes while reducing waste in the outdoors so you can keep on surfing, camping, or hiking in clean places.
